Urinary incontinence and biofeedback:

The use of biofeedback for the treatment of urinary incontinence goes back to 1940 ,when gynecologist Arnold Kegel used tools and electrical appliances for evaluation and provide a way to contract the pelvic muscles.

Pelvic muscle exercises:

In 1984 Arnold Kegel explained pelvic exercises as a way to treat stress urinary incontinence. pelvic floor muscles are in depth and to strengthen them more easily control the flow of urine. the exercises, known as kegel exercises, are simple exercises to strengthen the muscles around the urethra.
